We offer a simple pricing model that accommodates small, growing, and busy practices. All plans offer the same services and simply vary based on volume, ensuring that you receive consistent support as your demands evolve.
1-2 calls / week
Up to 8 client engagements per month
A client engagement may include multiple calls or messages exchanged with the client or therapist

Includes time spent on phone calls, messages, emails, or other client-related tasks

We recommend looking at your call log to see how many calls you received in the last two weeks. Multiply this number by 2 to get a rough idea of how many engagements you need.
You won't see red missed calls in your recent calls or feel pressure to return calls between clients. If you don't answer a call in the first 2-3 rings, your receptionist will pick up the call.
You'll receive summaries of all phone calls, and will be CC'ed or BCC'ed on all emails.
You'll have an up-to-date waitlist of all new client inquiries, along with any information you need to get them onboarded.
Anytime you want to take someone off of your waitlist or refer them out, you just tell your receptionist and they will get the process started.
We do not offer a trial period, but you can start with the Small Practice plan and upgrade as needed.
Your receptionist will tell you if you hit your limit, and you can easily upgrade your plan to the next tier to accommodate more client engagements. Otherwise your receptionist will be available to you again on the 1st of the next month.
Yes, we will support you in getting set up and to integrate our service into your practice's specific processes.
We set up call forwarding through the most popular VoIP phone service providers (Google Voice, RingCentral, GrassHopper, OpenPhone, and others).
