Frequently Asked Questions

Which plan is right for me?

We recommend looking at your call log to see how many calls you received in the last two weeks. Multiply this number by 2 to get a rough idea of how many engagements you need.

Is there a free trial period?

We don’t offer a traditional free trial, but we do provide a risk-free first month. Apart from the one-time setup fee, you won’t be billed for ongoing service until the end of the month. If you cancel before the first month is over, you won’t be charged for that month’s usage.

This way you can try our service with minimal upfront commitment.

What if I hit my plan limit?

You'll be notified that you hit your plan limit, and your receptionist will either continue providing support at the overage rates, or will suspend service until the following billing cycle. You'll clarify what you prefer during onboarding.

Do you offer support for setting up the service?

Yes, we will support you in getting set up and to integrate our service into your practice's specific processes.

How will you integrate with my existing phone service?

We set up call forwarding through the most popular VoIP phone service providers (Google Voice, RingCentral, GrassHopper, OpenPhone, and others).
